The Art On the Green program and special event is hosted and planned by the Green River Arts Council (GRAC). The GRAC is a 9-member Mayor and City Council appointed volunteer board that meets monthly to advocate and promote public art in Green River, Wyoming. 

Bethany Timmes, Recreation Supervisor, serve as staff liaison to the GRAC. 

GRAC members include:

If you are interested in serving as a volunteer GRAC board member please contact the City of Green River Parks & Recreation Department main office at (307) 872-6151 to request an official City of Green River Boards/Commissions application form.
