The Art On the Green program and special event is hosted and planned by the Green River Arts Council (GRAC). The GRAC is a 9-member Mayor and City Council appointed volunteer board that meets monthly to advocate and promote public art in Green River, Wyoming. 

Alyssa Krumholz serves as staff liaison to the GRAC.
